Guiffy Software develops and supports advanced software
development utilities and components, and has been providing
its multi-award winning source compare/merge Guiffy product
since 2000. Research and development leading up to Guiffy's
launch began in 1997.
Guiffy is a Pure Java application with a Swing GUI, available
on all Java-enabled platforms including: Windows (9X, NT, 2000,
XP), Linux, Unix, and MacOS. Guiffy features 2-way or 3-way
merge interfaces. Guiffy's very smart merge capability, called
SureMerge, combined with an intuitive visual user interface and
cross-platform availability, make it an excellent tool for
developers in collaborative communities. Guiffy can be used as
a stand-alone tool or integrated with CM/SCM products.
Guiffy Software was founded by Bill Ritcher, an experienced
software industry veteran with over 20 years' experience in
founding, nurturing, managing, developing and supporting
commercial software products companies. In addition, the
Company relies on its talented support resources, all of whom
have over 15 years experience in software support,
documentation, quality and deployment.
The Company provides a full range of Support for its customers,
starting with free trial downloads of its award winning
products, email, user groups, and telephone contact with live
knowledgeable support personnel.
Guiffy Software's highly experienced Board of Directors include
a range of business professionals with successful backgrounds
in software companies, telecommunications, and consumer
products.
Guiffy Software, Inc., originally founded in Escondido, CA,
relocated to Festus, MO in August of 2005. Festus is
approximately 30 miles south of St. Louis.

Bill
Ritcher Chairman & Chief Executive
Officer
Mr. Ritcher was the founder of Guiffy Software, Inc. and serves
as its Chairman & CEO. Bill is also the creator of the
Guiffy product. Most recently, Mr. Ritcher held the position of
Director, GEMBASE Development with Ross Systems, Inc., a
leading provider of ERP products and services. From 1988 to
1995, he served as Vice President of Quintessential Solutions,
the leading provider of analytical wide-area data network
design and pricing tools. Mr. Ritcher was a founder of
Quintessential Solutions, and while there authored a number of
successful data network least-cost design products. In 1983,
Mr. Ritcher co-founded System Engineering Tools, Inc. and
created SCIL, the first CM product available on 8-bit CP/M
systems and the IBM PC.
Mr. Ritcher began his career at United Computing Systems where
he rose to the position of Director, Operating Systems
Development. Mr Ritcher holds a BSBA degree in Systems Analysis
and Management from Rockhurst University.
Eric
Geis Director
Mr. Geis has been a Director of the Company since 2002. Mr.
Geis is a senior executive with over 25 years of achievement in
founding and managing growth oriented, high technology private
and public companies. He has demonstrated performance in
developing & implementing strategy, building strong
management teams, raising capital, IPO's, business development,
M&A, and corporate board participation.
Currently Mr. Geis is the President and CEO of ResortInternet,
a rapidly growing company he founded in 2003, providing high
speed Internet service to resort lodges in Colorado's
destination resorts. Prior to that he was Chairman & CEO of
FireTap Communications, a joint venture between Homestore.com
and the National Association of Realtors. From 1997 to 1999,
Mr. Geis served as Sen. VP for Rhythms NetConnections, which he
also helped found and take public in 1999. Prior to that he was
CEO of Quintessential Solutions, the leading provider of
analytical wide-area data network design and pricing tools,
where he worked with Mr. Ritcher. Mr. Geis was also Chairman
& CEO of TeleQuest, Inc, which he founded in 1983 and took
public in 1986, and he has held senior management positions
with American Telecommunications Corp and CENTEL. Mr Geis has
an MBA from the University of Colorado.
