Guiffy support is provided via email or phone. Our policy is to reply to all Technical Questions and Bug Reports within 1 business day. We resolve problem reports as soon as possible and if requested, make the fix available immdediately as a patch. Bug fixes are applied to the current release and made generally available in the next release.
Update Releases include enhancements and bug fixes. License registration entitles users to Update Releases for 12 months. After 12 months registered users can continue using their current version. License Renewals extend the entitled Updates on a yearly basis.
If a License has expired (not renewed) for more than 30 days, a Guiffy License Update is required to restore Support and entitled Updates. Users with an expired license can download and install Update Releases. In these scenarios, to evaluate the new Guiffy releases, a temporary evaluation key is required. In such cases a License Update is required in order to restore the expired license and to continue using the Update Release beyond the time period of the temporary evaluation.
