We are proud of the quality built into and maintained in our
product.
We are equally proud of our support and response. When a
bug is reported it becomes our top priority to fix it ASAP.
In the list of reported bugs below you will notice all of them are fixed.
Sometimes, for a brief period, a bug will be tracked with the Status of
"OPEN". 90% of the time we fix bug reports within 2 days and when we post the
new bug report to the list, the fix is already available.

On Windows when running Guiffy command line,
if Guiffy isn't added to the PATH, file/folder open/save
dialogs fell back to Swing dialogs (unable to find/load native

481:Reported by Andy, in Guiffy 11.7/Build 470: I just upgraded to a HUGE monitor on my Mac. I ran Guiffy and increased its Window size. The next time I tried to run Guiffy it won't fire up. Its getting a Null Pointer Exception.

Note: Not a regression. The saved new Windows width was over 520 characters wide!

Can't install on Windows, Get error message at end of download: "The
signature of guf115ins.exe is corrupt or invalid".

Note: Not a regression.
This is Microsoft's way of saying they no longer accept applications
signed with SHA-1 encrypted certificates and they now require SHA-2 encrypted
certificates. The Windows 11.5 (Build 454) installers are now (October 13th) signed with a new SHA-2
encrypted certificate.

(Often) when doing a double-click from folder compare to see
the file compare, Guiffy locks up. Have to kill Guiffy and
javaw with Task Manager.

issue was actually traced to the file compare performance improvements made
in the 10.5 release. Issue observed on Windows 7, Vista, and Windows 8 (32 and
64-bit).

to OSX 10.10, the Guiffy GUI application won't run.
STATUS: FIXED in 11.1(Build 402). Note: This
issue was with the download/install package with the JRE included.
The download/install package has been updated to workaround issues caused
by the OSX 10.10 upgrade process mucking with the Java Runtime. After upgrading
OSX 10.10, you will need to download and re-install Guiffy 11.1
