is available for Windows, MacOS X, and Linux/Unix systems.
Guiffy allows you to edit either of the compare files and
save the result. The Guiffy Diff Tool includes a command line
interface and an API for automation and integration with your other
tools.
Guiffy's diff tool can be used to compare source files of any type

with builtin support of
Unicode(UTF8 & UTF16), MBCS, SJIS, and over
150 File Encoding and character set formats.
