License
registration includes 12 months of Support, Updates, and
Upgrades. After 12 months registered users can continue using
their current version. Subscriptions are available to extend
Support and the entitled Updates and Upgrades on a yearly
basis.

Support: Guiffy support is
provided via email or phone. For further information, refer to
our Support
section. Our policy is to reply to all Technical Questions and
Bug Reports within 1 business day. We resolve problem reports
as soon as possible and if requested, make the fix available
immdediately as a patch. Bug fixes are applied to the current
release and made generally available in the next
release.

Updates and Upgrades: Update Releases include enhancements and bug
fixes. An Update Release is designated as ".Y" such as 1.5 or
2.1. License registration entitles users to Update Releases for
12 months. After 12 months registered users can continue using
their current version. Subscriptions extend the entitled
Updates on a yearly basis.
Upgrade Releases include major additional features,
enhancements, and bug fixes. An Upgrade Release is designated
as "X.0" such as 2.0 or 3.0. License registration entitles
users to Upgrade Releases for 12 months. After 12 months,
registered users can continue using their current version.
Subscriptions extend the entitled Upgrades on a yearly
basis.
Users that have a registered Guiffy license but without a
current Subscription can download and install Update or
Upgrades Releases. In these scenarios, to evaluate the new
Guiffy releases, a temporary evaluation key is required. In
such cases an upgrade fee may be required in addition to an
Annual Subscription in order to restore the expired Support
& Maintentance Subscription.
