To get assistance from Guiffy Software with a technical problem via email, send your question to Please remember to include in your message the release and build level of Guiffy you're using(like "1.1/build 55") and the platform and JRE you're using(like "Win 98/1.2.2"). Or, you can call us at 314-221-6526 for technical support.
License registration includes 12 months of Support, Updates, and Upgrades. After 12 months registered users can continue using their current version. Subscriptions are available to extend Support and the entitled Updates and Upgrades on a yearly basis. For further information on Subscriptions, refer to the Subscription Policies in our "How To Register" section.
