To get assistance from Guiffy Software with a technical problem via email, send your question to Please remember to include in your message the release and build level of Guiffy you're using(like "9.0/Build 270") and the platform and JRE you're using(like "Win XP/1.6.0_01"). Or, you can call us at 314-221-6526 for technical support.

License registration includes 12 months of Support and Updates. After 12 months registered users can continue using their current version. License Renewals are available to extend Support and the entitled Updates on a yearly basis. For further information on License Renewals, refer to the License Renewal / Update Policies in our "How To Register" section.
